Craig Mettille, President, First General Services and ServiceMaster 380
Craig has been in the construction business for 27 years and the insurance restoration/reconstruction business for 17 years. His goal has always been to provide the highest level of service to homeowners in their time of need. In early 2004, Craig purchased a new ServiceMaster Clean franchise to complement the insurance reconstruction business. Together, these two companies are able to assist homeowners with any and all repairs and cleaning required as a result of property damage.
Lonnie Tjelmeland, Estimator, First General Services, ServiceMaster 380
Lonnie has 20 years of home construction experience including three years in disaster restoration. Lonnie is a vital asset to both companies because of his knowledge of construction, his positive attitude and his dedication to upholding the high standards of both First General and ServiceMaster by First General. Lonnie prides himself in writing complete and accurate estimates.
John Miller, Project Manager
John has been in the disaster restoration industry for 30 years. He was First General's first employee and has played a large part in the company's growth and success. First General's excellent reputation is a testament to John's extensive knowledge of construction and outstanding work ethic.
Maynard Ormiston, Project Manager
Maynard (Mo) has been in the construction industry for 27 years and disaster restoration for six of those years. Mo's loyalty and dedication is what makes First General the great success it is. He is a highly-skilled craftsman and well-organized manager. Mo is a true asset to the company.
Scott Miller, Project Manager
Scott has been in the disaster restoration industry for 16 years. His positive attitude and great understanding of customer service has contributed greatly to the way in which First General is perceived in the community. Scott is a skilled craftsman and quite often performs his own drywall, paint and carpentry required on the projects he manages.
